The complexity and bright acidity of a cone, with the consistency of a flat bottom.
The brewer of the 2026 World Brewers Cup Champion.
Champion's setup: V3 02 with Hiflux Folding V 02 filters.
The UFO Dripper V3 is designed for more uniform and stable extraction while keeping the flavour of a cone dripper. It comes in two sizes, 01 and 02.
NEW IN V3
Detachable Base & Hario Switch compatible. The base pops off so the dripper can sit directly onto a Hario Switch base (Switch base not included), allowing you to easily switch between standard percolation and hybrid immersion brewing.
Extended Air Channels. Recessed air channels now run all the way down to the outlet, preventing vacuum lock, improving airflow, and delivering a smoother, more even extraction.
A new 02 size. Holds up to 300ml of water at once, for doses up to 30g and 1 to 4 cups.
GEOMETRY | 80-DEGREE WIDE ANGLE
Features an 80-degree wall angle. This increases the contact time between coffee and water, allowing for sufficient extraction with a smaller dosing. Additionally, the minimal variation in coffee bed height ensures consistent results even when the dosing amount changes. Furthermore, the wider contact surface with the filter results in cleaner cups.
CONSISTENCY | AIR CHANNELS
The UFO DRIPPER V3 utilises air channels instead of a traditional rib structure. This facilitates consistent filter to wall contact which maintains stable airflow during extraction. Consequently, it minimises clogging or shaking, enabling more consistent extraction. The air channels help maintain pressure balance during the extraction process. Water flow remains stable, providing consistent extraction that is largely unaffected by external variables.
THERMAL STABILITY | ECOZEN AND TRITAN
Black and BQ Blue are made from ECOZEN, a BPA-free material developed in-house by SK Chemicals in Korea. Clear is made from Tritan. Both have low thermal conductivity, which reduces heat loss during extraction and keeps the slurry temperature stable, for higher extraction efficiency.
