Roaster notes: This bean is an experimental lot from Jean Guillermo, a Colombia-based green coffee exporter and producer we work closely with through our green bean distributor. Jean recommended it as a blending component for espresso, meant to complement other beans rather than stand alone.
Out of curiosity, we sample roasted it light for filter and were rewarded with a coffee strong enough to stand on its own. If you enjoy juicy yellow fruits and explosive starfruit-like acidity, this is for you.
